It's Perfect
It's Perfect is a home based bakery owned by
Arnella Park and Katie Williams.
My name is Arnella Park, and I am a retired bake shop teacher with over 30 years of experience. That is correct – I spent decades teaching the art of baking. Imagine having a career that not only feeds your passion but also allows you to ignite that passion in others. Baking delicious desserts and sharing the joy of baking has always been a love of mine. In 2019, I founded It’s Perfect, a home-based baking business where I could continue doing what I enjoy most – baking and teaching. In 2020, I asked my granddaughter Katie to join me as co-owner, and together we have been building the business, combining our love of baking into a thriving family-run operation.
My name is Katie Williams, and I am the co-owner of It’s Perfect. My passion for baking began when I was just three years old, standing on a stool in my grandmother’s kitchen. We launched our baking business during my freshman year at Hamilton Southeastern High School. Currently, I am a business major at the University of Indiana in Bloomington. As we move into an exciting new phase at It’s Perfect, I’ll be stepping into a larger role, managing administrative responsibilities while also supporting holiday baking and handling large orders.
I am Maggie Williams, a cookie design creator, consultant, and decorator at It’s Perfect. I am also a Biomedical Engineering major at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Like my sister Katie, I discovered my love for baking in our grandmother’s kitchen. For me, baking brings a sense of calm and has become my favorite way to relax and recharge.
It's Perfect has two locations: Brighton, Michigan and Fishers, Indiana. Both operate under Michigan's Cottage Food Law and is required to include the following statement on all our packaging of baked items: Made in a Home Kitchen not inspected by the
Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.
